Okay, so with the reopening of DE, I am now going to open up some staff positions.
I need zero/one CO-ADMINS:
This spot is not open for audition. When the time comes, and I find my co-admin, I will pm them myself, and ask them if they would like the spot. If you send in an audition for this position I won't even read it. I'll delete it, and refuse to look at it.
Jobs :: The Co-Admin will help me run the site, keep the staff and members in step, and basically make sure I'm kept happy. Yep, that means a constant supply of cookies in the Staff Room, naturally.
I need two/two GLOBAL MODERATORS:
This spot is a spot you can audition for, however you must have a lot of experience as a mod, or some other member of staff to receive it. This position is going to be one of those hard ones to fill, because I will be looking over all candidates closely, so there is no promise that anyone will get this position. I will be very picky.
Jobs :: The G-mods help with keeping the site organized. They'll help make sure that everyone posts the correct limit, help make sure new members are welcomed, and have an idea for how to be part of the site. They are part of the welcoming committee, and they, along with the admins, will be the only ones allowed to accept characters.
I need three/three MODERATORS:
These positions you must have some experience in, and will be given out to only those who I feel I can be able to trust with the position.
Jobs :: These people are basically the ones who keep the site running. They work with advertising, and affiliating. They make sure that word count is kept up, and that everyone uses spell check. They are the ones who go around and make sure everything is in working order. However, they are not allowed to accept any characters.
I need four/four GRAPHIC ARTIST
Okay, so I really want this site to be amazing, so I am going to request that I find a graphic artist. I will not give this position out to just anyone, and when enough people have joined up-I might open this up again.
Jobs :: They are in charge of filling any graphic requests, and they bring us skins, one ever season, so that the site will constantly look good.
