This land is named after the odd, out of place sign that sits in the center of the Land. Sunset Boulevard. The land is all grass, with very little trees, and only oddly set, small lakes, built into stone. That's right, this is all that is left of a Boulevard, and it has since, been turned into a pretty little home.
