Description
Description: A white body, so startling white that it blends into snow during winter. Black points on each of her legs, rising up to about her thigh. A black mask that shrouds her face, and a tumbling tresses of ebony over the ivory hide. A white marking marred her forehead, a startling design in the middle of all the black. If someone were knowledgeable in the mythology of china, they’d recognize it as the white mark of the Yin Yang sign. Bright blue eyes stared out of that melodic tiara, the same bright blue as the large morning glory that had been grown into her mane. And yet, they could go as startling silver as the moon when she was healing. The mare stood tall, well as tall as she could, at 14.1 hands. Her tail had grown out, and now hung to the ground in glossy black threads. Her mane was full, and a rich black, that fell to her chest, and toyed around the tops of her thighs. Oh yes, and even though the mare didn’t know it, she was already showing all the right curves to be a perfect example of a fragile, beautiful mare… But she was made exotic by a few other factors. Along her shoulders, silver swirls can be seen, and when she's working hard magic, they will actual glow, and float into the air like glimmering fairy wings. A horn grows out of her forehead, a startling white, similiar to her white body, and at the base, a little blue stone.
Personality
Personality: Yin is a very unique, special beast. She is one of those few mares who literally have the heart of gold classification down. She is a silent type of mare, soft spoken, shy, and doesn't like to be the center of attention. She is extremely honest however, and would rather cave into the truth, then feed another a lie. She is what one would call a loner, preferring to be by herself, or with her brother, Yang, then with other horses. She is a sweet mare, though, for those who get to know her. But even Yin has flaws. Yin has a wicked temper, one that would even out shine her brother. But Yin has an odd way of almost always controlling it. Just don't catch her on an off day. Yin also has a way of always down playing herself. If there is one person Yin despises it is herself. She hates who she is, how she looks, how she behaves. She's always nick picking at herself, which is probably why anyone elses words never hurt as much. No one can be as hard on her, as she is on herself. Though if anyone ever does say anything rude to her, Yin merely adds that to her ever growing list of flaws. Most of which, by the way, are not true.
History
History: Yin has always been a bit lost. Abandoned at birth with her brother, the twins were forced to find their own way in life. But though her brother was almost as freaky looking as she was, he was always the one accepted into society. So Yin was often feeling alone and abandoned. Which is how she met her best friend, Hero Nobody Knows. Hero and Yin didn't get along to well at the beginning to do Yin's bad mood, but they quickly grew close, soon resulting in hero being the only colt Yin freely spoke to, other than her brother; that was till bot her brother and Hero seemed to leave her.
Soon the filly, feeling alone; took to roaming, until she came across a mare crying by a lake. A goddess, of her old home. And Yin did the first thing her heart asked her to do... She offered her help The goddess saw Yin for what she could use her for. A manipulative tool. It wasn't till she met Caleb that life really began to work out well. He had wandered into her quite relaxing place while she was waiting for Shiori to return home. And the colt had literally fallen heads over heels for her-considering he fell into her and fell. The two foals soon got to talking-and the more they talked, the more they realized they could get along.
And hte more the got along, the happier they became. Until one day, Shiori fell from the sky, and found herself hurt. THis was when Yin learned just what sort of power she held. She helped heal and nurture her mother back to health-being almost three now, and was careful to keep her adopted mother alive and healthy. Soon, however, her mother told her it was time for her to leave, and left the little mare with a blue flower in her hair, to remind her of home when every she needed to remember.
Yin went to find Caleb-planning to ask him to come with her; when she realized hse couldn't find him anywhere. Slightly hurt, and suffering from an unfamiliar pain-heart break-she left alone, and is now here, in these lands.
