They say this was the land to have sank beneath the waves. And what they say is true... But with the help of spirits, it has once more return to the surface. This land, sunken when fish had the elemental power of water, has returned to the land, and now is ran by the Spirit Equines. Water, and fish are found in deep pools all through out the old city, and it is the only city left over from a human era. Grass is not found often, but seaweed is aplenty. And many can't tell the difference.
